This silent auction is part of the Delano Relay for Life.  All proceeds raised by this silent auction will go to the American Cancer Society.

The American Cancer Society (ACS) is a nationwide, community-based voluntary health organization, committed to eliminating cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing suffering from cancer, through research, education, advocacy, and service.

Note: This auction transitions to a live in-person auction after online bidding closes.  You still may be outbid at the live event.  The online portion of the auction will not reflect the final live auction results.

When the live event auction closes, all winning bidders will receive notification regarding the status of the items they have won.

 

Winning Bidder Payment Information

Please note that the items in this auction, after online bidding closes, will transition to our in-person auction to be held on Saturday, July 22nd, from 3:00 - 7:30 pm at the Delano City Park, 650 3rd St N in Delano, MN.  The highest online bids will become the first bids placed at the in-person auction.  You may be outbid at this event, so we encourage you to be in attendance. Bidders must be present to pick up items or have a representative there to pay and retrieve their winnings. Please contact administration with any questions on these rules at [email protected]

If attending the in-person auction, please stop by the auction registration table to get your preassigned bid number that will be used at the actual event. Winning bidders are asked to pick up items on Sunday, July 23rd between 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.

Payment Types Accepted:

  • Cash (In person only please)
  • Check (Please make payable to "American Cancer Society")
  • Credit Cards (in-person when picking up items)

All payments must be made at the time of pickup.

Winning bidders are asked to pick up items by Sunday, July 23rd beween 1:00 -3:00 p.m. at:

If no arrangements for pickup have been made within 24 hours of the end of the in-person auction, the Delano RFL silent auction reserves the right to move on to the next bidder.

 

General Auction Information

  • The time on this server will be used to determine the start and end times of the auction. This time may be off from your local time. Refer to the approximate time in the right hand side of this page.
  • This auction transitions to a live in-person auction after online bidding closes. You still may be outbid at the live event. The online portion of the auction will not reflect the final live auction results.
  • When the live event auction closes, all winning bidders will receive notification regarding the status of the items they have won.
  • You must register an account in order to place bids. Click Register on the upper right hand side of this page in the login area. Once you have registered, a confirmation/activation will be emailed to you. You must click on the link in the email message to complete the registration process. If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your "junk mail" or "spam" folder as it may have gone there. You can also re-request the confirmation email.
